Do you do custom orders or wholesale?
Yes! I do private labeling for companies or bulk wholesale orders. I can provide the candle and container but you are responsible for the labeling.
Send me an email letting me know what you're looking for! Pricing is dependent on project.

Do you do skincare anymore?
As of July 1, 2025, we have not renewed our cosmetic license with the state of CT due to increasing costs and declining sales. We will no longer be making/selling skincare. We our so thankful to all of our customers and hope they will continue along with us on our journey.

Are essential oils safe?
Essential oils are amazing, natural products that work very well if used properly. They are also very powerful and can be harmful if they are not used properly. You should check with a doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on other medications, or have any allergies before using a product. Avoid use on babies or small children. Essential oils should never be taken internally unless directed by a medical professional.

Returns & Shipping Policy
To ensure the cleanest and most sanitary product possible, there are no returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you are unhappy with a product or if a product arrives damaged, please contact me at blackorchidcandles@gmail.com and I will work with you to resolve any issues. Items are shipped via USPS or UPS and you will be provided with a tracking number. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact the USPS or UPS first with any issues. Items cannot be resent due to issues with transit and delivery. Help to ensure your address is correct when ordering.

All products offered are not intended to be used as a drug (treat or cure any disease) or to be consumed internally. Please consult a doctor before using any products if you are on medications, pregnant, have allergies, or have any other concerns. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
Please use common sense when burning candles. Do not leave unattended, around small children or animals, and keep items away from flame. Remove any lose items in the candle such as crystals or large florals before burning. Trim wick to a 1/4" each time before burning and do not burn more than 4 hours at a time (2 hours for the mini candles) to avoid cracking. Do not move candle while hot. Discontinue burning once wax is at a 1/4" to avoid cracking the glass. To clean the wax out to reuse the container, use warm water to soften the wax and soap to clean out. Scoop out/rinse.
